  • About Us: I have been working as a licensed psychotherapist since 2012. My interest in meditation and mysticism, which are deeply rooted in all world religions, has helped me in my personal search for meaning.

    For me, psychotherapy means profound insight combined with practical support for life. Both represent, in my view, the contemporary path to transcendence.

    I am an expert in combining modern psychotherapy and holistic bodywork. With sound knowledge of methods such as EMDR, DBT, and Brainspotting, I support people in not only understanding stress and emotions but also in actively regulating them. My goal is to bridge the gap between scientific neurobiology and the wisdom of yoga in order to create genuine, everyday resilience.
