Description Yoga event

Take a break on the picturesque Moselle, surrounded by vineyards, water and plenty of peace and quiet. A self-care weekend for you, so that you can start your everyday life feeling holistically strengthened and relaxed.
Yoga retreats offer an opportunity to immerse yourself more deeply in yoga, to take time for yourself and your thoughts, and to return home with valuable impulses and integrate them into your everyday life in the long term.
The retreat takes place in the Hotel Halfenstube & Villa Spa 1894, directly on the banks of the Moselle and centrally located for various excursion destinations. You can go hiking in the area, go on a bike tour, take a break in the hotel's wellness area, have a massage or cosmetic appointment, lie by the outdoor pool or focus completely on yoga - you decide!
I am looking forward to incorporating the knowledge I have gained from my two yoga therapy training courses and thereby emphasizing the health aspect of yoga even more. In order to be able to accommodate everyone as best as possible, the retreat takes place in a small group. But this also means that places are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
The retreat is aimed at participants who suffer from high blood pressure and want to practice yoga and meditation, which takes this into account and can provide support. A major risk factor for high blood pressure is stress. Therefore, the focus of the retreat is also on relaxation and stress management. We will practice yoga, but also learn various breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises, which you can integrate into your everyday life independently after the retreat.
This retreat addresses the physical challenges of high blood pressure. There are numerous adaptations and different aids for each yoga exercise. Please note, however, that this does not mean that you can stop taking your medication. If you are taking tablets, please continue to take them during and after the retreat and stay in consultation with your doctor.
Yoga is not an alternative treatment to conventional medical therapy, but it helps to do something good for your cardiovascular system and reduce possible risk factors such as stress or lack of exercise, which can ultimately have a positive effect on your heart and blood pressure.
You have never done yoga before? Don't worry, you don't necessarily need any yoga experience for the retreat and you don't have to be able to do the splits or handstands. 😉
You don't have high blood pressure, but you often feel stressed and the retreat has piqued your interest? Then please register anyway and benefit from the yoga practice and various exercises to reduce stress.
Please note that the price includes the cost of the hotel accommodation.

  • About Us: My name is Pia and I look forward to meeting you on the yoga mat soon!
    My passion for yoga began more than ten years ago when I saw yoga as a form of fitness to make my body stronger and more flexible.
    It was only through meeting various yoga teachers that my understanding expanded beyond the asanas. Over time, I found a way to integrate pranayama and meditation into my daily life and began to delve deeper into the philosophy and history of yoga. Even today, I discover anew every day how profound and multifaceted yoga is.
    I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher in Vinyasa Yoga and a Yoga Alliance certified meditation teacher. In addition, I have completed various other yoga training courses and Pilates training. In my opinion, Pilates and yoga are the perfect combination for body and mind.
    I am particularly proud to have successfully completed my one-year yoga therapy training. This showed me how important it is to focus on yoga for high blood pressure and to continue on this path.
    I am looking forward to traveling with you next year and finding relaxation in different places while practicing yoga together.
