Discover different meditation and relaxation techniques and learn how you can tailor your lessons to specific target groups. You will also find support as a yoga teacher when you need it.
No matter what tradition you come from, you will receive valuable suggestions for your teaching and personal practice. If you are new to yoga or already practicing, you can get to know and try out different forms of yoga.
Look forward to themed yoga classes, lectures and workshops, accompanied by meditation, mantra singing and a diverse cultural supporting program. You can also take part in the extensive spiritual program at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg.

- About Us: Yoga Vidya e.V. is a Hindu religious community organized as a non-profit association with the aim of spreading the practice and techniques of classical, holistic yoga based on Yoga Vedanta in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and Sri Sancaracarya. Yoga Vidya teaches yoga in its diverse aspects in courses and seminars, including Hindu scriptures such as the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipka and the Yoga Sutras. In the Yoga Vidya Ashrams, daily pujas, homas, satsangs, the recitation of holy mantras and the study of the scriptures form the spiritual-religious basis. Founded in 1992 by Shri Sukadev Bretz and based in Horn-Bad Meinberg, Yoga Vidya has centers in around 80 German cities as well as in Austria, the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Spain.
