Description Yoga teacher training
Every month a 4-week training begins in one of our seminar houses in the Westerwald, on the North Sea, in the Allgäu or in Bad Meinberg, in the Teutoburg Forest.
The 4-week training courses begin at the beginning of each month and can be completed “in one go” or as individual weeks in consecutive months. The respective weeks can also be booked in different seminar houses.
The 4-week intensive training leads to a deep inner experience through concentrated practice and opens access to inner intuition. You will be able to do things you never thought possible before. The awakened prana (life energy) gives you the personal charisma necessary for a yoga teacher.
The theoretical foundation is also very solid. The necessary basics are developed in lectures and workshops. You get your first teaching experience in small groups. The course is also suitable for you if you don't want to work as a yoga teacher, but rather want to experience yoga intensively for yourself.
You may wonder how you can teach a system as complex as yoga after four weeks.
Yoga teacher intensive courses have been around for many years. They have proven themselves many times in practice. Just as you can learn a foreign language very quickly in several weeks in the country, you can experience the depth of yoga in an intensive course.
This intensive training is also both the basic building block for the 2-year module training and a very good supplement for longer, multi-year and less intensive training courses. Detached from the distractions of daily life, you can learn more for your own practice in these weeks than you would otherwise in several years.
We offer preparatory seminars to get you in the mood for the training.
After the training, we recommend deepening what you have learned in further training seminars. Training begins every month. The 4-week courses take place in the seminar houses in Bad Meinberg, Allgäu, Westerwald and North Sea.
You can choose whether you want to take part in a 4-week intensive training course in one go, or in two blocks of 2 weeks each, or in 4 blocks of 1 week each.
Another variant is the so-called Gurukula training, a 2-month yoga teacher training with Karma Yoga practice for intensive spiritual development.
