Description Yoga teacher training

Aerial yoga is a whole new way to experience yoga! You hang in the air using a large cloth, which gives you a feeling of weightlessness. This further training is based on DANA® AERIAL YOGA, which is about dealing with gravity in a playful way. You will learn the basics for safe handling of the cloth, how to instruct the basic positions as well as breathing and relaxation exercises in the cloth.

Transferring your own body weight to the cloth, which has a lot to do with letting go and trust, working on flexibility and strengthening your own body are the central content of this yoga.
The prerequisite for this is completed yoga teacher training and experience with the cloth (ideally a week or at least a weekend of AERIAL YOGA).
Good physical fitness and problem-free handling of inversion positions are also required. Recognized as educational leave in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Saarland.
