Description Yoga teacher training
As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation and deep relaxation in an ideal atmosphere. Idyllically embedded in nature, in the middle of forest, water and meadows. With organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, mantra singing, sound meditations and much more.
In the fascia trainer training you will learn what a specific fascia yoga practice can look like. To do this, your yoga lessons should be adapted to the Yoga Vidya series with special fascia yoga exercise sequences (asanas). In this fascia trainer training you will learn that fascia yoga is ideal as a prophylactic against sports injuries and for a strong, pain-free back.
In this fascia trainer training you will learn that fascia, the muscular connective tissue, is involved in every movement. Well-trained connective tissue is elastic and at the same time tear-resistant and strong. If the fascia is not "matted" we remain mobile and supple. It is therefore worth placing the focus of yoga practice more often on the fascia. That's exactly what you'll learn in this fascia trainer training at Yoga Vidya. Exciting scientific findings in theory and practice are incorporated.

Requirements for participation in the fascia trainer training at Yoga Vidya: Yoga teacher training and systematic yoga practice. No acute symptoms. Please bring a tennis ball and possibly a foam roller.
Examination/completion/certificate of fascia trainer training: Written documentation and practical development of a short fascia yoga series.
Certificate “Fascia Yoga Trainer (BYV)”. Approx. 60 teaching units. Recognized as educational leave in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Saarland.
