Training content of the Mantra Meditation course leader training:
- Various mantra meditation techniques and their effects:
- simple, combined, intentionless, concrete, abstract mantra meditation
- Mantra meditation in connection with chakras
- Mantra meditation with visualization of the respective god aspect
- Mantra meditation to strengthen and develop certain qualities
- The 6-step mantra meditation (Rishi-Matra-Bija-Ishta Devata-Shakti-Kilaka): Within a meditation, the 6 aspects of a mantra are meditated on
Each element of the 6-Step Mantra Meditation can also serve as a standalone meditation:
- Rishi Mantra Meditation: Mantra repetition with concentration on the master
- Matra Mantra Meditation: Mantra repetition with special concentration on the sound of the mantra
- Mantra Bija Meditation: Repetition of the mantra with the awareness that it leads to the essence of life, to the divine, to enlightenment
- Ishta Devata Mantra Meditation: Repetition of the mantra with devotion to God or with awareness of the meaning of the mantra
- Mantra Shakti Meditation: Concentrating on the mantra with devotion and concentration on the Shakti, the energy awakened by the mantra
- Mantra Kilaka Meditation
- Mantra acceleration and deceleration: The practitioner accelerates and slows down the pace of the mantra meditation

Note: For graduates of the Yoga Vidya meditation course leader, yoga teacher training or mantra meditation intensive week, some things will be repetitive. However, the content goes much deeper and you will learn advanced, subtle ways of mantra meditation. This is how you delve deep into the mystery of applied mantra science. At the same time, there is also space for you, your own experiences and your own path. You can also use the week as your own intensive meditation sadhana and perhaps have deep experiences beyond body and thought awareness. And it's always a good opportunity to get feedback on your own teaching - both for those who have never led a group before and for experienced seminar leaders.
Requirement for participation: some yoga and meditation experience is an advantage. Genuine interest in mantras and meditation.
Exam/certificate: “Mantra Meditation Course Leader (BYVG)”. Practical lesson sample in a training setting. Approx. 60 teaching units.

9:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Yoga class with asanas (yoga exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation
11:00 a.m. Brunch (breakfast/lunch).
Help with work around the house (Karma Yoga, 45 min.), study time, break
2:00 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Lecture/workshop/yoga class/teaching groups, depending on training

The daily routine follows the tried and tested Yoga Vidya seminar routine. There are minor differences depending on your training. The workshops, lectures, meditations and yoga lessons are largely tailored to the respective training topic.
The prerequisite for the respective certificate is participation in all program items according to the daily routine, including meditation and mantra singing in the morning and evening as well as the yoga classes.
During training, it is not possible to arrive later or leave earlier or miss a day.
