Description Yoga teacher training
As part of your further training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation and deep relaxation in an ideal atmosphere. Idyllically embedded in nature, in the middle of forest, water and meadows. With organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, mantra singing, sound meditations and much more.
Would you like to get to know hormone yoga in order to pass on your knowledge and advance your own development? This training for yoga teachers is not just about hormones. You will learn how the hormone yoga exercises developed by Dinah Rodrigues, integrated into the Yoga Vidya series, affect the female body. Women can use the energy released during menopause for their spiritual development with targeted exercises. With this further training in hormone yoga, you can give women well-founded advice on classic complaints and integrate hormone yoga into your yoga lessons. 8 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.

9:15 a.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 a.m. Brunch (breakfast/lunch)
2:00 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Workshop (theory and/or practice, sometimes with yoga class, depending on the topic)
6:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. Meditation, mantra singing, lecture
