Description Yoga teacher training
Every year a two-year yoga teacher training begins in one of our city centers - now in 56 different cities.Continue reading
The training takes place once a week. The weekly evening includes: asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation, meditation, mental techniques, mantra chanting, lecture/meeting/discussion and then a light meal (soup/salad).
The continuity of the course, the weekly meeting and the small group ensure systematic training and individual guidance. Exercises are recommended for each week and tasks for daily life are given. This way you can put what you have learned into practice in a very practical way.
At most training centers, an intensive weekend seminar takes place every two months, mostly in the Yoga Vidya seminar house in Bad Meinberg, Westerwald, Allgäu or North Sea. Detached from the distractions of daily life, these weekends allow you to experience the depth of being and take your practice to a new level each time. The spiritual atmosphere and peace of these places of power help to have deep experiences in meditation.
Some centers also offer a morning group or alternative times, e.g. weekend modules. You can find all the dates, information evenings and the exact schedule in the individual city centers on our homepage under the following link:

There are no courses during the summer break, between Christmas and New Year and on public holidays.
