Description Yoga teacher training
It is wonderful to be able to relax with Yoga Nidra. From the state of relaxation experienced through Yoga Nidra, your creative potential can unfold and your joy in life can be increased. It has been scientifically proven that stress, i.e., a lack of relaxation, is one of the main causes of modern civilization diseases. Your chance to find balance: Yoga Nidra! This weekend you will gain deep insights into the scientifically based deep relaxation and meditation techniques of the Satyananda Yoga tradition. This Yoga Nidra seminar includes theoretical lectures, yoga classes and guided meditations. It is rounded off with communal Kirtan singing and Karma Yoga.
Prerequisite for participation in the seminar:
Also suitable as a continuing education seminar for yoga teachers.
Basic knowledge of yoga and meditation is helpful but not required.
DAILY ROUTINE
Arrival day:
Please arrive no later than 7:00 PM.
Arrival possible from 13:00; Rooms available from 3 pm.
4:30 pm (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4:15 pm Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
Dinner at 6:00 PM.
8:00 PM actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
Daily schedule for day 2:
7:00 AM Meditation, mantra chanting, short reading, lecture
9:15 a.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 am Brunch (Breakfast/Lunch)
2:00 or 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm Workshop (theory and/or practice, sometimes also with a yoga session, depending on the topic)
6:00 PM Dinner
8:00 PM Meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
End of seminar/departure day:
7:00 AM Meditation, mantra chanting, short reading, lecture
9:00 AM Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 am Brunch (Breakfast/Lunch)
12:30 - approx. 14:30 Workshop/Lecture
