Description Yoga teacher training

It's wonderful to relax with Yoga Nidra. From the state of relaxation experienced through Yoga Nidra, your creative potential can unfold and your joy in life can be increased. Scientifically proven stress, i.e. a lack of relaxation, is one of the main causes of modern diseases of civilization. Your chance for balance: Yoga Nidra! This weekend you will gain deep insights into the scientifically based deep relaxation and meditation technique of the Satyananda Yoga tradition. This Yoga Nidra seminar includes theoretical lectures, yoga lessons and guided meditations. Kirtan singing and karma yoga together round it off.
Requirements for participation in the seminar:
Also suitable as a further training seminar for yoga teachers.
Basic knowledge of yoga and meditation helpful but not required.
DAILY ROUTINE
Day of arrival:
Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; Room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4.15 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
Daily routine 2nd day:
7 a.m. Meditation, mantra singing, short reading, lecture
9:15 a.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 a.m. Brunch (breakfast/lunch)
2:00 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Workshop (theory and/or practice, sometimes with yoga class, depending on the topic)
6:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. Meditation, mantra singing, lecture
End of seminar/departure day:
7 a.m. Meditation, mantra singing, short reading, lecture
9:00 a.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
