Description Yoga teacher training
As part of your further training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation and deep relaxation in an ideal atmosphere. Idyllically embedded in nature, in the middle of forest, water and meadows. With organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, mantra singing, sound meditations and much more.
In recent years, medical research has scientifically proven the importance of fascia training through yoga (fascia = connective tissue network). Adhesions in the fascia can restrict mobility and thus increase the risk of injury and pain. This yoga teacher training is for people who want to teach yoga and address fascia. Experience more suppleness, flexibility and well-being through targeted yoga fascia training. Learn what fascia is, how it can be trained with Hatha Yoga and how you can integrate these impulses into your yoga lessons.
Methods for fascia training:
Fascial release (rolling out using a ball, fascia roller)
Fascia stretch (dynamic, elastic stretches)
Sensory body perception
With lots of practical tips and exercises.
Please bring a fascia roller.
Requirements for participation:
Yoga teacher training/training at least 120 or started yoga teacher training at least 200 teaching units or Yoga Vidya exercise/course leader at least 108 teaching units.
Daily routine:
Day of arrival:
Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; Room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
2 day:
6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Pranayama (optional)
7:00 a.m. Morning meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
9:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, deep relaxation
11 a.m. brunch
Karma Yoga (assistance approx. 45 minutes), break
2:00 p.m./2:30 p.m. – 3:45 p.m./4:00 p.m. Lecture/workshop*
4:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation*
