Learn to practice and teach the flowing Bhakti Vinyasa yoga style yourself. Creative Vinyasa Asana flows, metta meditation and mantra accompaniment on the harmonium help you to open your heart, arrive at your center and achieve deep and pleasant relaxation and also pass on this peace and creativity. You will gain first insights into playing the harmonium, mantras and bhakti yoga. You experience mantra yoga classes and kirtans. You will learn to refine the structure and structure of 'sequencing' and to give your own yoga practice or classes a thematic thread.
As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more. in the ideal ambience. Extensive forests and parks, cozy lounges, a quiet monastery, organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, Nordic walking, Kirtan singing, sound meditations. Wellness in the Ayurveda oasis, in the sauna or while swimming on request.

Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.

4.30 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
2 day:
6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Pranayama (optional)
7:00 a.m. Morning meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
9:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, deep relaxation
11 a.m. brunch
Karma Yoga (assistance approx. 45 minutes), break

Requirements for participation:
Yoga teacher training/training at least 120 or started yoga teacher training at least 200 teaching units or Yoga Vidya exercise/course leader at least 108 teaching units.
