Description Yoga teacher training
The Yoga Vidya 2-year module training has a particularly good reputation and not for nothing! You will gain experience in over 620 teaching units and can also demonstrate this on paper.
The 2-year module training consists of the 4-week intensive training (or at least equivalent yoga teacher training recognized by the BYV) and certain further training modules. The basic building block of the 4-week intensive training can also be broken down into 2 x 2 weeks or 4 x 1 week.
You can register for the 2-year module training straight away or decide after the 4-week training whether and how you will complete the further modules. In the fourth week of the intensive training you will receive detailed information about the various options.
Graduates of the Yoga Vidya 4-week training:
10 training weekends in the training series. Or:
Two 9-day intensive training courses, one of which must be training A. These include further training courses A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 or A8. The second one must be different (i.e. not 2 x A) so that you can go into depth on another topic. (Of course, the previous conditions apply retroactively.) Or:
A 9-day intensive training course and 5 training weekends. If further training A is attended, the 5 weekends can be chosen as desired from the 10 further training weekend series.
If the intensive training attended is other than A, the 5 weekends must include “Hatha Yoga”, “Relaxation and Stress Management”, “Hatha Yoga and Sport” and “Anatomy and Physiology”.
Or: yoga therapy training and a 9-day intensive training or 5 training weekends. Or: Training as a psychological yoga therapist and intensive further training A or 5 weekends of the further training series, including "Hatha Yoga, relaxation and stress management", "Hatha Yoga and Sport" and "Anatomy and Physiology".
