Description Yoga teacher training
You will learn to accompany and advise people on their spiritual path in a more individual, needs-oriented manner in meditation groups and in individual coaching. For example, you can offer spiritual personal training or individual and group coaching as well as increase the quality of your meditation courses.
You train your eye to see which form and intensity of meditation suits someone. During the training, the various meditation techniques are discussed, supplemented and deepened. From this “toolbox” you then select the right one for your participant – depending on their physical and mental condition, constitution, lifestyle and social environment. You practice advising, accompanying and instructing in pairs and/or small groups.
As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation and deep relaxation in an ideal atmosphere. Idyllically embedded in nature, in the middle of forest, water and meadows. With organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, mantra singing, sound meditations and much more.
An important part of the “coaching practice” is loving, sincere self-reflection. The training can also give your own spiritual practice a new boost.
Contents:
- Deepening and expanding meditation techniques from Hatha, Kundalini and Jnana Yoga
- Mindfulness-based techniques from Raja Yoga and Buddha Dharma
- Adaptation of the techniques - content, intensity, form - to your participants
- Methods of advice, support, instructing meditation, holistic communication and loving self-reflection

- spiritual group and individual coaching
- Practical work in pairs and/or small groups
Requirement:
Regular personal meditation practice for at least 1-2 years. Previous participation in the weekend seminar “Meditation Basic Techniques” (February 15-17, June 14-16, November 8-10, 2019) or meditation course leader training, Yoga Vidya yoga teacher (others on request) or comparable.
Mandatory component of the meditation leader training.
Exam/certificate: Meditation Coach (BYVG). Practical exam as part of the training setting.
Approx. 60 teaching units. Recognized as educational leave in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Saarland.
