In this meditation training, learn to introduce people to serenity meditation and to accompany them in their meditation practice. Most people find it difficult to maintain inner peace and balance in their stressful, fast-paced everyday lives. Be the valuable guide for them on their way back to inner peace.
You will gain deep theoretical and practical knowledge about stressors, how to recognize them and deal with them. You will learn about serenity meditation in detail, how to guide it and how to pass on this knowledge competently, as well as other effective techniques for inner peace and balance and for the spiritual path.
As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more. in the ideal ambience. Extensive forests and parks, cozy lounges, a quiet monastery, organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, Nordic walking, Kirtan singing, sound meditations. Wellness in the Ayurveda oasis, in the sauna or while swimming on request.

- with own teaching practice in small groups
Recognized component of the meditation ladder module training.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of yoga and meditation recommended.
With certificate: Serenity meditation course leader (BYVG). Approx. 60 units. Written thesis and practical instructions as part of the training setting.

Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; Room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8 p.m. actual training begins with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
Daily routine from the 2nd day
6:00-7:00 a.m. Pranayama (breathing exercises) optional
7:00 a.m. - approx. 8:05 a.m. Meditation, mantra singing, short reading
approx. 8:05 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. lecture/workshop
9:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Yoga class with asanas (yoga exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation
11:00 a.m. Brunch (breakfast/lunch).
Help with work around the house (Karma Yoga, 45 min.), study time, break
2:00 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Lecture/workshop/yoga class/teaching groups, depending on training
6:00 p.m. Dinner, break
8:00 p.m. - approx. 9:00 p.m. Meditation, mantra singing, lecture
approx. 9:05 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Lecture/workshop
End of training/departure day

The daily routine follows the tried and tested Yoga Vidya seminar routine. There are minor differences depending on your training. The workshops, lectures, meditations and yoga lessons are largely tailored to the respective training topic.
The prerequisite for the respective certificate is participation in all program items according to the daily routine, including meditation and mantra singing in the morning and evening as well as the yoga classes.
During training, it is not possible to arrive later or leave earlier or miss a day.
