Experience a relaxing yoga retreat in Andalusia with daily practice, Mediterranean flair and plenty of space for yourself. You can expect yoga, meditation, good food and a beautiful villa with sea views.
This yoga holiday in Spain offers you the perfect combination of relaxation, exercise and inspiration. At the idyllic Villa El Morisco in Andalusia, you start your day with meditation and breathing exercises and deepen your practice in two daily yoga sessions.
Between sessions there is plenty of time to relax by the pool, take a walk through nature or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The finca is nestled among fruit trees and offers a wide view of the sea – ideal for getting away from everyday life.
In addition to yoga, you can expect a lovingly designed supporting program with, for example, B. Dancing, mantra singing or massage as well as optional excursions to the surrounding area, such as to local markets.
Culinary delights await you, including a rich breakfast and a vegetarian evening buffet.
Our offer includes six breakfast buffets and six dinner buffets with drinks. A kitchen is available for self-catering. We offer the opportunity to go out to eat with us on two days and learn more about Spanish food culture. We combine breakfast with a visit to the market in Benajarafe and, if desired, lunch with the market in Torre del Mar (not included in the price).
This retreat is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice, recharge their energy, and enjoy a conscious break in the sun.
