Description Yoga Retreat

Do you need a break from everyday life?
Would you like to deepen your yoga practice or try yoga and are you looking for the original?
Would you like to get to know Lu Jong?
Are you longing for sun, beach and a light breeze that lets you breathe again?
Then come with me to sunny Andalusia!
Course leader: Sylvia Asmodena Kurtar
We welcome the day at the Casa with its unique morning atmosphere with classical yoga (according to Swami Vivekananda) and Lu Jong (Tibetan healing yoga according to Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche).
We are inspired by the tranquility and beauty of this powerful place and, after a rich vegetarian/vegan breakfast buffet, we start the day fresh and invigorated, which you can tailor entirely to your individual wishes and needs.
Whether a tour of the Casa's surroundings, a long walk by the sea, soothing massages, interesting excursions and hikes or a relaxing day in a hammock in the Casa's garden and pool.
In the early evening we will meet again for another yoga practice where you can discover and deepen your own potential. I adapt the lessons individually to the participants. They are therefore suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. Just let me know your personal wishes and I will incorporate them into the yoga classes.
We end the day with a vegan/vegetarian dinner buffet, the stars and the smell of sun and sea on our skin.
I would be happy to support you in your personal development and offer you various suggestions/ideas from yoga and shamanism during your holiday week.

Double room/week: 1050 €/person
Accommodation for two people in a twin room with private bathroom including vegetarian/vegan full board and all drinks, 5 free transfers on Sundays between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to/from Málaga airport.
Single room surcharge/week: 140 €/person
RESIGNATION
Something can always come up – no problem, but please let me know as early as possible so the spot can be given to someone else. Cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.
