Description Yoga teacher training

A comprehensive, practice-oriented 2-year training and systematic
Development of the entire personality. The training contains all the content required in the health insurance companies' prevention guidelines and is therefore recognized by the ZPP.
Practicing yoga and teaching yoga - you will deepen and experience both aspects intensively in 2 inspiring years of training. The training (840 hours+) includes:
*Weekly training evenings (or mornings)
* 5 weekends (Sat/Sun) at the Center Münster
* 8 weekends (Fri-Sun) in the Yoga Vidya Seminarhaus Bad Meinberg
* 1 seminar week (in the Bad Meinberg seminar house
* 1 educational homework
* 1 webinar on prevention (30 hours)
Learning and growing together in a group supports you on your personal yoga path and prepares you for the fulfilling, responsible task of passing on yoga.
