Yoga training of 280 hours

The basic yoga training is aimed at everyone who wants to delve deeper into the world of yoga. This year you will learn the basics of Hatha Yoga in depth, supplemented by influences from other yoga styles.
You can experience, learn and experience all the dimensions of this practice for yourself. To consolidate your knowledge, you will also be introduced to the art of teaching. This training is therefore suitable as an advanced course and as a first step into teaching. Maybe you are new to this world or you want to expand your knowledge and grow.
Give your life a new input and invite yoga to make your time more relaxed and conscious!

This basic yoga training corresponds to the first year of training in the certified yoga teacher training course at the Yoga University Villeret.
If you would like to delve deeper after this year, this certificate gives you the opportunity to directly enter the second year of the certified yoga teacher training course at the Yoga University Villeret.

  • About Us: You'll benefit from the diverse, in-depth background of Jana Bucher (MSc. in Movement Science and Sport at ETH Zurich, sports therapist, certified yoga and Pilates instructor, massage therapist, and sound therapist), who primarily leads the program. Additionally, highly qualified guest speakers will teach in their respective fields (Ayurveda, philosophy, anatomy, etc.). Towards the end of the program, you'll enjoy a few days at the Yoga University Villeret, where you'll also be taught by Reto Zbinden. We look forward to seeing you! :)
