In this 10-week, comprehensive training from Yogini Glow® (YACEP-certified by the Yoga Alliance), you will deepen your knowledge in the areas of pregnancy, birth and mom & baby yoga. With 30 intensive training hours, you will become a sought-after expert and will be able to provide professional support to expectant mothers and mothers with babies.
Flexible learning with our video platform
Get access to our extensive video learning platform, which teaches you the theoretical basics clearly and effectively. Numerous videos allow you to learn flexibly and at your own pace. All course material will remain available to you for at least one year, so you can access it at any time.
Practical online yoga classes for pregnant women and mom & baby yoga
Deepen your practical knowledge with recorded yoga classes for pregnant women and mothers with babies. Learn different techniques, including baby massage, and adapt the exercises to the individual needs of your participants. This way you are well prepared to make each lesson unique and effective.
Interactive live mentoring sessions
Our live mentoring sessions via Zoom give you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge, clarify open questions and put theory into practice. These interactive sessions ensure that you fully understand all the content and remain motivated to discover new things.
