This training combines the traditional teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati with modern neuroscience and psychology.
You will learn not only to practice Yoga Nidra, but also to share it with confidence, knowledge, and authenticity – both in group and individual settings.

This is an intensive training (50 hours), on 6 days in Berlin, you will learn the following content:
- Origin, philosophy and goal of Yoga Nidra
- Neurophysiological basics: brain waves, nervous system, hypnagogic state
- Structure and design of a Yoga Nidra session according to Swami Satyananda
- Voice, language, timing and attitude of the teacher
- Dealing with emotions, resistance and therapeutic limits
- Effects on the subconscious, Samkalpa (inner intention) and visualization
- Symbol work and archetypes – working with the universal images of the mind
- Application in groups, in 1:1 settings and online lessons
- Practice: daily Yoga Nidra sessions, observation, analysis, own script creation
Upon completion, you will be able to write your own Yoga Nidra scripts and confidently lead sessions – based on a deep understanding of the energetic, psychological and neurophysiological dimensions of the practice.
You will receive a certified 50h YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education) certificate.
