Description Yoga teacher training

This training is aimed at anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice and gain background knowledge.
In order to progress on the yoga path, you need to engage with yoga philosophy in addition to regular practice. To achieve this we need all parts of the eightfold path: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratayahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.
We deepen your knowledge through exercises and meditation and also deal with the basic yogic texts. For interested laypeople and advanced users who would like to broaden their horizons through repeated activities and group discussions.
It is advisable to allow time between each of the four modules to practice and read (study) sources yourself. But even if you don't have much time to spare, this training will help you become more calm. Learning in a group is an invaluable experience!
