Why Mindfulness Yoga?
Peace and stability form an invaluable counterpoint in the current times
to performance pressure and everyday stress. Mindfulness yoga begins on the mat and
takes place in life.
Mindfulness yoga differs from all other exercise systems in that
that it ignores nothing that defines people and their environment.
With mindful yoga, the exercises are carried out with as little pressure or expectations as possible
executed. Anyone can practice mindfulness yoga - no matter how old they are,
what condition and what religion he has.

Mindfulness Yoga, a form of Raja Yoga, contains the body positions (asanas),
Movement sequences (Karanas), the regulation of breathing (Pranayama), it holds the
Body supple, cleanses and strengthens it and is preparation for meditation
and the awakening of your own strength.
15 minutes of Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation is always part of a yoga session.
