In the beautiful du!Yoga Studio on Leibnizstrasse (near the fire department) we offer Vinyasa classes for different levels of experience - sometimes more flowing, sometimes more gentle. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, strengthening style of yoga. It combines breath and movement in a harmonious flow. A sensible anatomical alignment when practicing is important to us. It increases the effectiveness of the exercises and promotes the health of your body. You become powerful and flexible, physical problems disappear.
By learning to practice in harmony with the breath, your mind will become clear and relaxed, lightness and joy will arise. Impulses from yogic philosophy enrich our lessons. They enable you to gain a happy view of yourself and life with all its challenges.
