Description yoga
When teaching, I attach particular importance to ensuring that yoga can work for you in its entirety. Asanas, pranayama and relaxation are the focus, but in the heart space we teach yoga integrally, i.e. as a whole, with all its aspects for the body. Soul ghost. You decide how deep you want to immerse yourself.
I completed my two-year training at the Yoga Vidya Ashram Bad Meinberg and at the North Sea and have also been studying the philosophical background and physical aspects of yoga for many years.
Thinking outside the box, I am certified as a running coach with the German Athletics Association and work as a barefoot coach. I run the ichNatur School for Natural Health in Krefeld and specialize in looking at health as a whole. Yoga plays a crucial role in this.
