Description yoga
I am Latvian and have been teaching Yoga in Riga for almost 10 years. Until 2014 I also managed and co-owned a yoga studio Saules Joga (there is also a FB page, if you are interested). So on 2014 I moved with my family to Germany, Braunschweig(my husbands hometown) and devoted myself completely to my 3 daughters(now 13.3 and 1.5) and family life.
Though, I cannot otherwise and am going to start my work also here. This will be my first yoga teaching experience in Germany.
Though - I will for now do it in English(but understand and can speak German as well).
What it will be about -
for those who are new to yoga or just interested in what it is and how it works, you will get a short insight into the theoretical side, but mostly you will get to feel yourself through means of breathwork and bodywork. And feel how it relaxes, energizes, clears mind and unblocks your body!
