Description yoga
KinderSonnenYoga Children's yoga with Julia* introduces children to yoga in a playful and fun way. The children train stability and lightness for body and mind. In addition to strength through building muscle through practicing asanas, the children learn lightness through balance training (building up the internal muscles). The yoga asanas are playfully packaged in dance, parcour gymnastics, in special children's sun salutations as well as in stories and games. In addition to physical activity, the children train their mindfulness and learn child-friendly meditation techniques. This can be done, for example, in the form of eating meditations, guided fantasy journeys or painting. At the end of the yoga practice, the children enjoy relaxation exercises such as massages, sound and/or light journeys. The imagination knows no limits. Through this balancing change between exertion and relaxation, between loud & quiet, quickly & slowly, the children learn the ability to calm down themselves. Particular care is taken to ensure that each lesson is individually tailored to the needs and wishes of the children. In children's yoga, the children find a framework in which they can move naturally and without any pressure to perform. This trains their balance, coordination and mobility on the one hand, as well as self-awareness and the perception of others on the other. The development of body awareness and self-confidence are promoted. Stress is reduced and thoughts are calmed. The best thing is, the children have a lot of fun and feel completely comfortable! Cost:
