Description yoga

Combine Lent 2025 (05.03.- 19.04.2025) with DETOX & Kundalini Yoga and treat yourself to a conscious TIME OUT for body, mind & soul.
DETOX FROM WITHIN - Your organs work hard every day and are happy when they are pampered every now and then. The Kundalini yoga sets for liver, kidneys, skin & co. cleanse your body from the inside and help you get through Lent full of energy. Each week the focus is on a specific organ (cleansing the liver, strengthening the kidneys, stimulating lymph flow, strengthening connective tissue...) with a special Kundalini yoga set. In addition, I will give you practical detoxification tips and recipes for your healthy everyday life (foods, herbal teas, juices, etc.) every week.
It is important that you conscientiously follow the basic DETOX rules (avoid stress, get plenty of fresh air, exercise, get enough sleep, eat healthily). After the 7-week detoxification treatment, your organs will go to work as if they had just returned from vacation – you will feel FIT, ALIVE & VITAL (again).

Week 1: Pre-introduction DETOX YOGA: Tuesday, February 25, 2025
Week 2: Your Liver: Tuesday, March 11, 2025
Week 3: Your Kidneys: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Week 4: Your Skin: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
Week 5: Your Lungs: Tuesday, April 1, 2025
Week 6: Your gut: Tuesday, April 8, 2025
Week 6: Your Lymphatic System*: Tuesday, April 15, 2025 (will take place despite the holidays)
Please note: The course will not take place on March 4, 2025!
*The lymphatic system is actually not really involved in the detoxification process. But since it transports dietary fats from the intestines throughout our body and is central to our immune system, we also take care of our lymphatic system.
Course times: Every Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (ongoing 7-week course)
Cost: 111 € per person (7 x yoga sessions, dates as described above).
Before each session you will receive an email/WhatsApp with relevant information about the respective organ as well as nutritional recommendations.
The course is suitable for beginners and advanced students who want to practice gently but effectively.
