Description yoga
Curvy Yoga offers, among other things, Curvy Yoga (yoga for fat people) and curve-friendly yoga for everyone!
I am a movement therapist and yoga teacher and have been teaching and accompanying fat people for almost 20 years. During this time I have also written several books on this topic (including for Trias, Gräfe & Unzer and Rowohlt) and led numerous training courses. And: I'm fat myself.
All asanas are adapted to our needs so that you can discover your own variations.
At Curvy Yoga we are among ourselves, at Yoga for Everyone all clothing sizes are welcome. However, I always teach in a curve-friendly manner.
