Description yoga
After 30 years of teaching experience and a yoga teacher training course (940 hours, BDY/EYU), I wanted to help people even more comprehensively. That's why I became a licensed psychotherapist and support you both physically and mentally.
In 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of therapy, you will first release tension and turn your attention inward. This makes it easier to access feelings and thoughts, and allows you to work on issues more deeply and sustainably.
Ideal for anyone who wants to promote their personal development holistically.
