Description yoga
I did my yoga teacher training at Soboco Yoga, with my wonderful teachers Devamaya Sarasvati Yogini and David Pushava Winch.
Flowing movement sequences are guided through the breath. Asanas (postures) are organically connected to each other by following the rhythm of inhaling and exhaling and developing spiral dynamics (Soboco Yoga). The lessons also include pranayama (breathing) techniques, meditation and the practice of mantras.
The body is strengthened and the mind can calm down.
The yoga classes take place on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. From Wednesday January 7th, 2015 there will be a 9.30 a.m. course for newcomers.
From February 2015 I will also be teaching on Mondays at 8:15 p.m. and Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in the new Sobocostudio at Rathenauplatz in Cologne.
