In my Power Yoga classes you will learn to perceive states of tension in the body. Based on my experience from pain therapy according to Liebscher & Bracht, you will receive the help you need to resolve these states of tension and counteract them sustainably.
Power Yoga also helps to resolve internal blockages by opening the body, awakening intuition for body signals and increasing the individual's ability to relax and perceive.
Did you know that 4 hearts beat within you? Your heart muscle only provides the highway supply in the large vessels. But how do vital nutrients and oxygen get into the last small hair vessels? How does your body guarantee good flow through veins and capillaries? Only through movement.
