Description yoga
Soboco Yoga Restorative Method is a sequence which releases the psoas muscles and the diaphragm. The western body needs to be prepared to do asanas. As a result the sensitive psoas and diaphragm often tend to store stress. The Soboco Yoga Restorative Method is one out of many sequences developed by Devamaya & Pushava using elements from the neurological, biodynamic and spiraldynamic aspects of physiotherapy to serve the western body.
