At Soulspaces you will find Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga / Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra and much more.
We offer open yoga classes and prevention courses in the evenings with health insurance subsidies.
And on weekends and holidays you will find a wide range of activities relating to yoga, movement, relaxation, inspiration and personal development.
Look forward to specials such as Yin & Sound, FeetUp Yoga, systemic constellations, meditation evenings, mantra singing, sound baths and much more.
Since 2018 we have been offering training and further education in the field of yoga and Thai yoga massage.
We place great emphasis on quality rather than quantity and therefore have a limited number of participants for all offers.
You can book your very own personal time out at Soulspaces. We offer a range of massages, personal yoga and coaching. You can arrange your appointment individually.
