ABOUT DAMN GOOD YOGA:
Damn Good Yoga is a contemporary form of yoga - dynamic, urban, informal and not at all dogmatic. Here everyone can be who they are - and can integrate yoga into their lives in the way that suits them best. Our inspiration lies in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, but we like to think outside the box and incorporate new techniques and types of movement into our classes.
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
For us, yoga is not just about doing sports or even about looking good and getting upper arms like Madonna. For us, it's more about feeling good and bringing your body, mind and emotions back into a natural and healthy balance. To develop an awareness of your own body again and to work with it, not against it. Not so easy in a society in which the principle of higher, further, faster still applies - at work, but also in private life and in sport! For us it's not about performing. This is just about you, your body, your mind and what really makes you who you are. What is really important to you. What really makes you happy. However, we promise you that you will work up a sweat!
