    Tut einfach gut!

    Ich bin sehr froh, dass es Susannes Yoga-Praxis gibt und dass sie so schnell auf die Corona-Pandemie reagiert hat und Yoga-Videos anbietet, ist großartig. Ihre ruhige und klare Art tut mir sehr gut, ich schaffe es, vom Homeoffice zu entspannen und den Kopf wieder frei zu bekommen. Und meinem Rücken hilft es auch sehr. Dadurch, dass es jetzt schon mehrere Videos gibt, kann ich mir aussuchen, was meinen momentanen Bedürfnissen jeweils entspricht. Toll! Viele Dank - und hoffentlich ganz bald auch wieder im echten Leben - denn das macht noch mehr Spaß!!

    Tut gut!

    Seit mittlerweile einem Jahr besuche ich Susannes Yoga-Kurs. Es tut Körper und Seele gut und deswegen war ich sehr froh, dass sie in der Corona-Krise so schnell reagiert hat und sowohl tolle Übungsvideos hochgeladen hat als auch Online-Kurse anbietet. Das ist wirklich eine gute Möglichkeit, die Zeit zu überbrücken, aber trotzdem freue ich mich darauf, wenn es wieder "in echt" weitergehen kann!

    Sehr gut für Rücken und Wohlbefinden

    Susanne hat sehr schnell auf die aktuelle Situation reagiert und bietet Alternativen an zum Yoga-Studio. Vielen Dank dafür! Man merkt, Du machst Dir sehr viel Mühe! Gerade jetzt, wo man so viel zu Hause ist und im Homeoffice arbeitet, ist das Angebot gold wert. Von zu Hause aus Yoga machen und sich fit halten- angesichts der Situation echt super! Susanne erklärt sehr gut die Übungen, so dass ich fast immer genau weiss, worauf ich achten soll. Die Übungen sind gut ausgewählt und abwechslungsreich. Manche sind mir zu schwer, aber das ist auch O.K.
    Ich zahle natürlich genau so viel (freiwillig), wie ich sonst auch für die Yoga Stunde bezahle. Das ist für mich selbstverständlich. Die schnelle und gute Umsetzung von Susanne auf ein Online Angebot muss einfach honoriert werden. Vielen Dank und weiter so! Daniela
