In yoga and design, Fiona (aka The Yoga Designer) has found the means to live a free and creative life.
Along with Yin Yoga, yoga in the form of meditation in movement excites her the most.
For her, meditation is an essential part of yoga.
Fiona has traveled to many different places around the globe and particularly spent a lot of time in Indonesia. There she learned about Embodied Flow Yoga. She feels particularly connected to this style of yoga.
In her yoga classes, she attaches great importance to her students experiencing the depth of breath, movement and flow in the interaction of these three components.
