Since July 2021, we warmly welcome you to our second yoga base under the roof of Donnerstraße 20 in the workshop building of Blunk's Fabrikhöfe in Altona / Ottensen.
Treat yourself to soothing movement in the morning with Sunrise Flow or Morning Power before a shower and a quick workout at your desktop. A moving lunch break works wonders. At 12:30 p.m., the crunchy Lunch Flow '45 awaits you. You can experience the Slow Down or Fire Up in one of our After Work Yoga sessions.
Would you like to deepen your practice and/or become a yoga teacher yourself? Then perhaps our 200-hour Liquid Flow Teacher Training is for you, which we will be offering for the second time starting in August 2026.
Feel the TRIBE vibes while practicing yoga in a tranquil courtyard atmosphere :)

- Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat to class if you have one. Otherwise, you can borrow one for €1. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class starts. The studio in Ottensen is tucked away in the courtyard of Blunk's Fabrikhöfe. Please allow a few extra minutes to find it in peace.
