about me:
Yoga means connection - of movement and breathing, of teacher and student, of body and soul and, for me, above all, the connection to yourself. I am endlessly grateful for yoga as a way of relaxation, physical and psychological challenge, but also of play and not having discovered yourself to be taken so seriously.
In order to be able to pass this feeling on to others, I completed training as a Vinyasa yoga teacher at “Lord Vishnu’s Couch” in 2009. Since then, I have found inspiration for my teaching through other workshops and life itself.
Seeing relaxed and smiling faces after a class is the greatest gift for me! :-)
