Description yoga
Do you often feel tense, stressed, or simply wish for more peace and quiet in your everyday life?
Yin Yoga is a calm and mindful practice that gives you time to let go, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. The positions are held for several minutes, allowing muscles, fascia and your entire system to relax step by step.
Many come because of back, neck or shoulder tension and discover how closely physical and inner tension are connected. Over time, one often develops not only greater mobility, but also greater peace and well-being.
Each hour has a different focus. Sometimes the focus is on the back, neck or hips, sometimes on breathing, relaxation or the body's energy centers. This keeps the practice varied and allows you to constantly rediscover your body.
Personal & individual
In the small group – in my studio in Nuremberg-Altenfurt, in the southeast of Nuremberg – there is room for individual support. Each exercise can be adapted to your personal abilities.
Suitable for everyone
No prior knowledge is required. Yoga always adapts to you – not the other way around. Even with physical limitations, the exercises can be individually adapted.
