Description yoga

Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga. The asanas are held for a few minutes. With the help of gravity, you sink deeper into the individual poses and stretch deeper connective tissue, which can release tension. Yin Yoga helps to harmonize the flow of energy (Chi) in our meridians and restart disturbed self-healing processes.
For me personally, it's a wonderful, healing practice to learn to let go and connect with yourself.

Yin yoga is a pleasant practice to start your day, especially in the morning, when your body still feels a bit stiff and perhaps still lacks the necessary momentum. With the help of gravity and in harmony with our breathing, we melt into the Yin postures, in which we remain for several minutes. This allows us to reach deeper layers such as our fascia tissue, especially in the morning when the body is still cold. We will conclude the lesson with a more active sequence.
