Whether you have just been diagnosed with cancer, are undergoing treatment or want to regain your strength after completing treatment: yoga has a holistic effect and can actively support your recovery process. Numerous clinical studies prove the positive effects of yoga!
YOGAandCANCER combines for the first time the medical knowledge about cancer with the science of yoga to create a unique concept that many participants have already been able to experience personally.
The focus of my yoga classes for people with cancer experience is on feeling and accepting yourself and gently developing new energy. With renewed confidence in your own strength! Both those affected and their relatives are welcome in my courses. Suitable for beginners + advanced learners.
10-lesson card 140 €, single course hour: 16 € - the course takes place in person in Kornwestheim - further information on request.
