Description yoga
My yoga is inspired by the slowness and flows of TriYoga® (Kali Ray) and the yoga of energy according to Anna Trökes. Strength and stretch meet "subtleness" and correct alignment.
The flows are at the same time gentle and complex, but also powerful and lively. They serve to perceive and sensitively explore one's own body. Proprioception and interioception are in the foreground so that the vegetative system is addressed and the practitioner simply experiences joy, lightness and a good feeling for themselves.Strength, peace and relaxation can arise.
