Description yoga

My yoga courses are a holistic concept of physical exercises, breathing relaxation techniques, concentration exercises and meditation.
Due to my physiotherapy training, the exercises are carried out taking into account the latest sports science and therapeutic findings / back school. The original character of the positions is retained and finds its place in the concentration process during execution.
Under professional guidance, participants learn targeted exercises to strengthen their health. You will experience how stress is reduced through relaxation techniques and the mind gradually finds more peace and concentration.
The yoga classes have the following structure:
After a relaxation phase of relaxation, breathing and body awareness exercises, a part of various physical exercises takes place. Different focuses are set in the individual lessons. E.g. feeling of balance, strengthening and stretching of the muscles, flexibility of the spine. Throughout the entire sequence of exercises, attention is repeatedly drawn to the breath and body awareness.
The end of the hour is a final relaxation to achieve peace and harmony in thinking, feeling and perceiving.
The courses are subsidized by all health insurance companies.
