Yoga is unity of body, mind and soul
We offer 90 minutes of Hatha yoga on different days.
Our process
As a rule, we always start with an initial relaxation or a small meditation to arrive and forget the stress of the day. This is followed by a breathing exercise that is intended to deepen the relaxation. Only then do we start with the asanas (physical exercises). Because it is important that you do this with full concentration and in a certain meditative way. This is the only way the body, mind and soul can find peace. At the end you can relax again and enjoy the lesson.
