Description yoga

Preparation and attunement to an instinctive and self-determined birth (from the 22nd week of pregnancy)
YOGA FOR BIRTH is held in 8 units of 90 minutes each, of which 2 units are accompanied by a partner (also possible with a doula).

The following topics shape the course content:
• Centering exercises for childbirth
• Deep breathing and sound exercises to support the labor of birth and to ease the pain of contractions
• Postures and movements that make the birth process easier and less painful
• Partner-assisted birth work for the beginning of the birth at home and for the later course in the clinic
• Valuable tips and exercises on how to experience the upcoming birth in a self-determined manner, even in the context of a hospital birth
• A thorough examination of one's own expectations, fears and needs
• Accept what is - because sometimes things turn out differently than expected!
