SENIOR YOGA CLASSES
Practicing yoga in a group is not only fun, but also brings people together. In my senior yoga group classes, we practice together at a pleasant pace – without pressure to perform and with lots of enjoyment of movement.
You don't need any prior yoga experience and you don't need to be particularly flexible or athletic. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as for those who already have yoga experience. Many exercises can be designed in different ways, so you can adapt them to your own abilities.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?
In my yoga classes, I guide you through gentle yoga postures and beneficial movements in the flow of breath – sometimes calm and powerful, sometimes more dynamic and light. Always with joy and a smile.
We begin calmly on the yoga mat and take a moment to arrive. Then we mobilize the body with gentle movements and prepare it step by step for further yoga practice.
We then flow through a sequence of easily accessible yoga poses. Sometimes we also linger longer in individual poses. In doing so, we strengthen and mobilize the whole body and repeatedly practice balance and coordination.
Towards the end of the hour, the movements become calmer again, before we conclude with a soothing final relaxation. Breathing exercises and meditation can also be part of a lesson.
A senior yoga class lasts 70 minutes.

From October 7th to 14th, 2026, a relaxing yoga week awaits you in Mallorca – right by the sea and in a pleasant autumn climate. Besides the group yoga sessions, there will be plenty of time for your own explorations, walks on the beach, or a trip to the beautiful old town of Palma.
No prior yoga experience is necessary – everyone can participate!

THE HOTEL
Our hotel for this week is the popular 4-star THB El Cid Hotel in Can Pastilla – a beautiful adults-only hotel in a prime location right on the beach promenade. The wide sandy beach is right on the doorstep, and you can enjoy magnificent sea views from the terrace and the pool. The capital city of Palma, with its charming old town, is only about 10 km away and easily accessible by bus – perfect for a leisurely stroll or an excursion.

THIS IS WHAT YOUR YOGA PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE
Gentle start to the day (approx. 30 minutes)
We begin the morning together by the sea, away from the yoga mat. Mediterranean morning light and fresh sea air accompany us. With movement meditations and gentle body awareness and breathing exercises, we energize body and mind and prepare ourselves pleasantly for the day.
Yoga with heart & personality (approx. 75 minutes)
In my yoga classes, I will guide you through gentle yoga postures and beneficial movements synchronized with your breath – sometimes calm and powerful, sometimes dynamic and light, always with joy and a smile. No acrobatic contortions, but easily manageable exercises that feel pleasant and are suitable for seniors.
You decide at any time whether you want to participate or take a break.
