...at 'Yoga in Life'. We are pleased that you found us. You can find out something about yoga and our course program here. We invite you to visit us virtually and in person. Our goal is to introduce you to yoga philosophy. We don't want yoga to rule your life, we want yoga to have a place in your existing life.
A yoga class lasts about 90 minutes and includes postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas), deep relaxation, meditation and, if necessary, mantra singing. If desired, we can provide insights into yoga philosophy and address the individual needs of the course participants.
