I would like to make this experience that I had myself possible for others.
Trained in the basic principles of yoga therapy, I pay particular attention to the healthy alignment in the asanas in my sessions. The body is strengthened and mobilized, muscles are stretched. The mind calms down and is thus strengthened.
Yoga helps to improve, maintain and strengthen physical and mental well-being.

Beginners are very welcome. Course entry possible at any time. Individual units can be booked. Free trial unit available by arrangement.
