Your perfect yoga time for a class is not included. What a pity! Write a short email telling you when it's perfect for you and maybe a new course date will be arranged
3 introductory card for new customers €36.
The card is valid for three months and can be used flexibly for all courses.
The yoga courses are suitable for beginners and yoga practitioners.
Personal training, club and company training by individual appointment.
Ideal for getting a taste of things, starting again and intensifying.
In personal training I can respond individually to your wishes and goals.
Short term: depending on how I feel on the day, what do I need today? what is good for me?
Medium term: enjoyment of movement, strengthening of certain muscle groups, relaxation methods.
Long-term goals: Strengthening attention, inner strength and physical balance.
In addition to my training as a yoga teacher at RYT Yoga Allinace, my experience as a manager in supporting and challenging people allows me to find the right strategy for you.
No matter what point in your life cycle you are at. Whether you want to have fun and enjoy movement, become more aware of your conditioning and patterns, yoga is the right fun strategy.
